TABS AutoBiz Software is saving a lot of time compared to our old system. TABS made the transition to a new system easy, and they are there to support us whenever we need them. They converted five years of data flawlessly, including customers, vehicle history, vendors, inventory, and invoices! TABS AutoBiz Software also has many features we really like:
- TABS AutoBiz Software is Windows-driven, so we don't have to go to a separate computer to pull up our distributors, parts lists or specifications.
- TABS is faster and easier to navigate, with fewer screens to go through to get your work done.
- All our accounting can now be done on the computer. The accounting functions are definitely a lot easier to use than our old system, and the integration with QuickBooks is great.
- Statements are so easy to create now. We no longer have to stand by the printer waiting for them to print and fixing paper jams.

The TABS System definitely gets my recommendation. If I can be of any help with questions you may have, feel free to call me.
- The TABS System has dramatically improved our efficiency when compared with our old DOS system. One day we had to reenter data for 32 invoices lost by the DOS system, and 23 were lost the next day.
- The Timeclock feature is excellent and easy to use. In particular, all our employees like the messaging system. I personally like this feature because I can automatically notify my staff of meetings and share other important information instantaneously, without interrupting their interactions with clients.
- Inventory Entry and control is easy. Instead of having to printout my whole inventory list, I can select any combination of 10 different criteria of items to inventory. I take inventory monthly, and with the TABS System I just print out a complete list before I start.
- The Referred By button is very useful in tracking where my advertising dollars are most effective.
- With this system, I am able to remain inside a customer's Workorder while going to the Internet to check my suppliers' inventory. This enables me to not only complete sales more quickly, but helps me to make sales that would have otherwise been lost.
- I really like the add-on parts and labor Authorization Button. It is fast, easy, and leaves no room for error. My front counter sales force also likes this feature because it's automatically transported into the Workorder, so they don't have to worry about entering it on the customer invoice at the end of a long day.
- We started the TABS System "cold turkey" with almost no time for training beforehand. The few problems we had were promptly taken care of. After a busy week or two, we were up and running at full speed. The 3½ years of data that were converted by TABS were error free, and you know how important that is!

- This is our first computer system, but TABS is so straightforward that we were able to use it productively after only 10 hours of training.
- We really like the Model Guide feature that lets you immediately find tire sizes for any vehicle.
- The Inventory Quick Quote look up for single items or packages saves a lot of time. Customers are impressed by our efficiency now.
- We can look up all of a customer's vehicles on one screen, and even see all of the related invoices with the click of a button.
- The Authorize button shows up to 4 phone numbers to choose from, and all the add-on authorization information transfers directly to the invoice. We don't have to remember to do it later, which puts both the BAR and us at ease.
- We are able to print customized statements and select which ones we want from a range of criteria.
- It's great to be able to have control over our inventory, keeping close track of which items sell and which don't.

I definitely recommend purchase of the Tabs AutoBiz System. It has the features you need to operate a large and successful shop, at a price much lower than similar systems on the market. The Automated Accounting saves us lots of time & money on bookkeeping, and we like using plain paper for everything instead of expensive forms. TABS Daily Reports make it easy to track profit centers, and to spot the areas we need to focus on. The TABS AutoBiz System has dramatically improved the efficiency of our business, making our customers and us happier.
We really enjoy the Annual User Group meetings. They keep us informed about new and upcoming program improvements, and how to use them. - The TABS System is truly user friendly, from Point-of-Sale to the Accounting side.
- The Quick Quotes feature is an invaluable tool at the front counter, and it will store customer quotes for easy future access.
- The full-color customizable Postcard feature is excellent and really grabs customers' attention. We can now remind them automatically when their oil changes or other scheduled maintenance items are due. We can also use the postcards to let customers know about specials we are running.
- When calling a customer and adding on parts and labor, it's done through an easy authorization button that transports the information into the workorder. This way we don't forget to include the items on the workorder, plus we don't have to remember to enter them on the final invoice at the end of day, because the TABS System does it all for us. The authorization feature has saved a lot of time and money.
