New Workorder Pressing the New W/O button brings us to this screen. The vehicle and tire size information is remembered from the last time Betty was here for service. If she brought a different vehicle, we could press the Vehicle button and select one of her other vehicles. Right away we can see at the bottom of the screen that she has been here 1 other time and has spent 652.37. We can also see that she gets a 10% discount on both parts and labor. Since the correct vehicle is displayed, all we need to enter is the mileage, and we're ready to go. To continue with the Workorder, we would click the catalog number to find her tire in the Inventory Search screen. But first we'll press the Vehicle button to review the vehicle's information and history.  |
